Each day we have an opportunity to be brave. I am calling this year my “Be BRAVE” year as I am taking on things that scare me and I might have shied away from before. This being brave is about business and about life. It is about conversations and clarity. It is about shining my light for all to see. It is a mindset shift that affects all of us.

• I am writing a book this year which is not as easy as it sounds.
• A few weeks ago I went flying with my husband who is a brand new pilot up in the little tiny airplane.
• Last month, I launched the association www.nacwe.org and promoted myself to CEO.
• I sang a Shania Twain song in front of 50 people at a karaoke party in March.
• You get the idea…

So as I have been doing this myself, and with a few girlfriends, I began to mention this to my clients and colleagues. Then I thought….how can I make this a movement that more people can join? How can we all BE BRAVE together?

Well……here it is!! We are going on a 30 day journey together. 30 Days of being Brave!
